Heyy, I'm Shalyn.

I’m a wife and a stay at home mama to the two sweetest girls. I am a born and raised Florida local, so obviously, I love the beach. I am a bit of an Amazon junkie and a mega travel buff. Thankfully, my husband is a pilot who takes me to all the cool places. My guilty pleasures are Oreos and margs, although not together. I am an extroverted introvert. So I'm totally down for fun adventures with you, but also Netflix is my jam (send recs my way). Most days I’m still trying to figure this life out, but at the end of the day I give it all to Jesus.

As a kid, I was always fascinated with photography. I have had so many silly cameras throughout the years. I can remember asking for the latest and greatest camera every birthday/holiday. So you can imagine the stoke I had when my awesome hubby got me my first "big girl" camera, for Christmas one year. I practiced for a few years on our family and now it has turned into Shalyn Kraus Photography. I am passionately chasing sunlight and awesome adventures to capture your incredible moments.
